Computer science and technology is not static. It is evolving rapidly. In such cases it is very important for everyone in this field to keep themselves updated. So, we everyday collect fresh and latest news on technology, latest research articles and post it in a very clean and readable format to our community. We have also started sharing weekly technical review on Instagram and Facebook. This way community is engaged together making the field of technology interesting altogether.

Mock Placement Drive v1.2

Mock Placement Drive v1.2 was conducted in two major parts. First part was a programming assignment. In this section students have to successfully code given two problems in 45 minutes. It was conducted on platform provided by Hackerrank. Second part of the session was a one-hour attitude test wherein students were tested on their verbal ability, logical reasoning and quantitative aptitude from over a pool of over 800 questions.

Geo-Spatial Technologies (GTA 2019)

The first session was taken by Dr. Abdul Jummerwala, from BISAG where he spoke on RS-GIS fundamentals. He also gave a live demonstration of open source tools where he also shared about certain data sources to work on. Second session was given by Dr. C.P. Singh from ISRO. He shared his insights on Earth Observation Application and special emphasis to forest fire. The participants were spell-bound getting to know his vast knowledge. He also talked about the working of ISRO. The third session which was followed by special lunch was taken by Mr. Binay Kumar Singh from BISR. He spoke at length about Image classification of SCATSAT, Back Scatter product for land use/cover.

Mock Placement Drive v1.1

Mock Placement Drive v1.1 was an MCQ based examination. It contained various sections testing the students on the core subjects of computer science to quantitative aptitude, verbal ability and logical reasoning. It not only helped students brush up their basics, but it also gave them the momentum which they need to keep up for the upcoming placement sessions.

Pragyan

The event took place in a government school belonging to a small village of Rajasthan. Pragyan took off by interaction of our team with the children, encouraging them to pursue their dreams. It followed by a series of fun games and competitions conducted for the children. We also distributed toffees to the children.

Intiailize();

An informative talk on Deep Learning by Mr. Rajat Gupta. Many Deep Learning and AI enthusiasts turned up for this talk specifically. Moving on, Mr. Hitesh Choudhary laid importance on practicing coding and engaged the audience with his witty remarks.
